Recovery Retreats 2026

This is for individuals in or after recovery seeking rest, reflection, and reconnection, ready to rebuild life with greater clarity, balance, and self-awareness.

After periods of treatment or personal recovery, many people find themselves navigating a new kind of challenge, rebuilding daily life while maintaining wellbeing and self-trust.
Without the right environment, support, or community, it can be difficult to sustain the emotional balance, purpose, and calm needed for lasting change.

This is a nurturing retreat experience designed to help individuals in recovery pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others.

Each small-group retreat brings together 10–15 participants for a guided journey that combines restorative rest, embodied practice, and meaningful connection, all set in peaceful, nature-rich surroundings.

Format:

  • 3–5 day retreats in tranquil natural setting

  • Guided mindfulness and movement sessions

  • Group reflection and peer support

  • Time in nature for rest and self-connection

  • Creative and embodied practices to deepen awareness

  • Workshops exploring balance, self-connection, and everyday recovery

  • Shared meals and time for solitude and rest

  • Facilitated by Lisa Newman and guest practitioners experienced in recovery and holistic wellbeing

You will leave reconnected to yourself and with others — grounded, calm, and inspired to sustain your recovery in daily life.
You will return home with renewed perspective, deeper self-awareness, and practical tools for lasting wellbeing.
